CNC Milling

The method of obtaining parts by CNC machining is based on careful milling of the element in accordance with the existing 3D geometry. The materials used for the processing of prototype models are special modeling materials (foams) that are very well-machined and have good functional properties.

The advantage of producing a model using this method is a very high dimensional accuracy, surface mapping and the possibility of further processing of the finished product, e.g. lapping or painting.

Due to the ease of machining of plastics (foams) and their relatively low price, it can be assumed that this is the cheapest method of obtaining a ready-made model.
